About Deryl Chagira:

I am a professional trainer and a gym instructor. My personal training brand name is called Pulsed Machine fitness coaching. I major in individuals with busy schedules to provide them a short but effective, personalized, workout programming to fit in their busy schedules. My training is also inclusive of anyone who is looking to loose fat and/or build muscle and general weight gain. I also work as a gym instructor. I enjoy meeting new people and setting them off in their new found fitness journey.

I have worked as a gym instructor for 3 years dealing with clients and managing group classes.

 I later majored in Personal training from late 2021 to current. I do personal training and gym instruction concurrently.
