Worked as an assistant site manager intern in the construction of one Kentons   square a building with an area of 2500 square meters and goingup to the 9thfloor.

Ensured Health and Safety matters onsite are adhered reducing accidents risks by 95%.
Developed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that automatically updated the workings of subcontractors from totalwork  to be done,  progress done, amount paid and amountdue for payment.

Prepared and ordered weekly materials inadvance preventing the stalling of the project
Prepared and stored various site records e.g materials received onsite, weekly and monthly work progress report facilitating easy project evaluation and monitoring.
Ordered and calculated tonnage of reinforcement needed onsite using bending sheet 
Inspected quality of material brought on site to ensure they comply with required standards.
Inspected workdone to ensure quality complied set standards.
Measured work done and took record (paint works, tiles and marble works, bluestone claddingworks, gypsum and acoustic ceiling) to facilitate payment of subcontractors.
Followed upon any changes made in the drawings so as to be implemented exactly onsite.
Assisted the site manager with current office duties from liaising with architect and engineers to coordinating with the client.
