I have worked as a customer care representative for more than 2 years and I really enjoy working in that field effective communication is key which has always led me to handle different kind of customers, resolving problems and creating good relationship with them. I love talking to people this has also added to the wow experience I have gained ever since I started working as a customer care representative. I am also an active listener and I accept correction with significance.

I can confidently multitask in the field which includes receiving and managing phone calls, putting down notes on clients issues, escalating problems that are beyond my control to my superiors without fail or delay.

I have the basic Computer knowledge which includes working with different Microsoft office packages, can also perform basic troubleshooting of a computer. I am also passionate with aircrafts as it is my present career that I am pursuing. My data entry skills are fast and accurate above average.
