I dessiminate the information to my client especially updating them on the legal basis and their record basis. I also keep and maintain the office records basis on system and method of keeping information. I does record keeping survey and record appraisal to determine of what is missing so that they history May be maintained 

I have been in Eldoret law court basing on the record management especially the way of keeping, arranging and organization by use of alphabet or alphanumeric, according to year, according to the source name, colour, and class. In addition to this, I did this at Eldoret law court in the year or from 2018 to 2019 applying theoretical into practice. 

Furthermore, in the year, 2020 or from 2020 to date I am still performing my duties on record management or keeping at the firm of Edward Katama Ngeywa at Kitale , trans Nzoia county.

I was admitted in Eldoret National Polytechnic in the year 2018 January for  diploma in record management or information studies whereby I was awarded a diploma certificate on the 2021 November.
