I have a total of 8 years experience :

• 4 years as a project coordinator for Abt Associates Inc, a research and implementing consulting company, where I led the project teams in implementing health interventions through collaborative efforts with project partners and stakeholders. I was one of the lead trainers for the project team in Homa Bay County
• 2 years as business manager in a production and engineering company where I was in charge of business administration and strategic planning and leadership in Siaya County.
• About a year as an election official(contracted) as an assistant county returning officer, and ward-based voter educator for IEBC.  
• Field officer/program facilitator at IRDO(Impact Research and Development Organization) for the DREAMS project, at Kenya Redcross Society Siaya Branch for the integrated food security and livelihood project where I led in the training of farmers on cassava farming, group dynamics linkage with cooperatives societies, the concept of village commercialization, and on another component of food supply chain.
