I am a passionate broadcast journalism student trained at Kabete National Polytechnic, with practical experience gained through my industrial attachment at Mtaani Radio in Dagoretti. During my training, I covered community-centered stories on issues such as insecurity, sanitation, water shortages, and electricity outages. I am skilled in news gathering, reporting, scriptwriting, and audience engagement, and I am driven by a strong interest in telling relatable stories that give a voice to the community.

I hold a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Kabete National Polytechnic, where I gained hands-on training in news writing, reporting, radio production, interviewing, and media ethics. My education was further strengthened through an industrial attachment at Mtaani Radio, where I applied my skills in a real newsroom environment, covered community-based stories, and actively participated in radio content production.

I gained professional experience through my internship at Mtaani Radio, where I worked in a live newsroom environment. I participated in news gathering and reporting, conducted interviews, wrote and edited scripts, and assisted in radio production. I covered community-focused stories on issues such as insecurity, sanitation, water shortages, and electricity outages, which strengthened my reporting skills, storytelling ability, and understanding of grassroots journalism.
