I am result oriented, dedicated and determined to consistently surpass the set targets and goals. My career objective is to gain a position that utilizes my skills, qualifications and experience in an organization, leading to the success of the company and my professional career. Held positions like Team Leader at Kencall, Customer Service Supervisor at Giant Pharmaceuticals, Administrator at Havi and Company Advocates, Telemarketer and Events Coordinator at Taiwan Trade Center and most recently, Customer Experience Representative at Autodesk, spanning from 2008 to present.

Got an Advanced Diploma in both Business Administration and Secretarial Studies from Graffins College from 2004 - 2006, and an Honors in BA International Relations, Peace and Conflict Minor in Journalism from 2011 - 2014.
