I am enthusiastic about the idea of joining your team and delivering excellently on the department’s tasks. My interest in the position stems from a strong personal belief in possessing the required education and training background, set of skills, and technical experience fitting the role advertised. I possess over five years of experience in the HR department offering excellent support in handling and managing employee affairs, specifically on the following tasks: being part of the recruitment team that helps the company to acquire the best talent to fit open positions, employee record management, working closely with the Accounts department for accurate payroll processing monthly, assist the disciplinary committee in conducting fair disciplinary hearings and judgment, corresponding with regulatory institutions on compliance areas, computation of semi-annual and annual employee performance appraisals, coordinating training activities and company social responsibility events, taking minutes during monthly strategic committee meetings, etc.

Further, I possess excellent administrative and clerical skills; I have been responsible for maintaining office hygiene and workplace safety, receiving external communications through the company office email and postal office, receiving and handling guests on daily basis, receiving & sorting customer complaints, and inquiries, store keeping and distribution of operation stationery to branches, preparing presentation materials on behalf of the managing director, etc.

I am highly flexible and proactive hence able to adapt easily to dynamic environments and also consider myself an honest, reliable, and dependable employee therefore a relationship with your distinguished organization would be of great mutual benefit. 

I have worked in the human resource department for the last 5.3 years at ASA International Kenya Ltd. Within these five years, I have held three different positions i.e. Human Resource and Administration Assistant, Human Resource and Administration Officer, Social Performance Officer, and Climate Officer.

I was awarded a bachelor of science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2016.
