I am a Kenyan 37 years of age . I have a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY) SECOND CLASS HONOURS (UPPER DIVISION) and a DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY from Nairobi Technical training institute, (CREDIT).

Experience

  • 5 year experience in managing ICT ( for 11 Branches, sister companies)
  • Expert in ERP SAP business One from implementation to Administration Support. 
  • Well experience in PHARMACORE SOFTWARE configuration and Support.
  • Technical experience in Hardware repair and maintenance (printer, computers).
  • Network security management  i.e. cyber Roam  currently using SOPHOS  FIREWALL
  • Data Backup On Could Management.
  • USER Support on Call or Remote Control (teamviewer, anydesk)
  • Experience with Windows domains controller ,implementation and active directory user &computer  currently  on windows server 2019
  • Experience with Microsoft office 365 platform and Outlook configuration management.
  • Experience Microsoft SQL Server versions currently working with 2019.
  • Kaspersky Security Administrator Center-management (virus scan, update 
  • Payroll Management system administration and support.
  • Experience  in programming (PHP,C#,Visual Basic, Web Design )

 

Education

I have a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY) ATTAINED  SECOND CLASS HONORS (UPPER DIVISION) and

 a DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY from Nairobi Technical training institute, SCORED (CREDIT).
