Duties and Responsibilities 
operating of LED and Novastar processing, projection, video
switching, scaling using onsigntv.
Responsible for field support in installation or servicing of LED and digital signage system
Schedule & manage content for digital out of home service.
Assign privileges to designated users.
Ensuring quality and accuracy of all LED signage.
Operating the back end of the system for the LED Screen.
Ensuring signage is switched over when necessary throughout the set period.
Troubleshooting issues with the system as they arise.
Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders Providing excellent customer service and maintain relationships in the company.
Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
Assisting in maintaining quality control i.e. – monitoring condition of equipment, reporting any faults etc.
