Leadership & Management: Participated in selection and placement, conducted performance reviews, managed attendance, and conflict resolution and scheduling.
Physical Security: Supervised & coordinated security with relevant departments to apply vital physical security measures to premises, offices, Yards, warehouses, Airports and Runways including guarding services and security systems in Lashkarghan & Musa Qala, Southern Afghanistan.
