2023 Jan - Date - Remote -As an Administrative assistant at Arch zone digital solutions I worked remotely to ensure customers are given the best digital services and realize value for their money. I set recommendations and received orders from clients. I was actively on social media advertising products, troubleshooting client computers using team viewer and any desk. I am proficient with QuickBooks thus maintained inventory. Prepared reports and submitted to the supervisor.
2021 Jan - Date - As an ICT Officer at Infinite Way Agency, I trained staff on use of ICT equipment, use of software, maintained and developed systems and databases that were highly secure. I managed the companies website and social media pages by updating and communicating to clients regularly.
2015 Jan - Dec 2020 - My previous experience was as an ICT Teacher from Jan 2015 - Dec 2020, five years of educating Diploma and certificates in IT learners as prescribed by the TVET. Apart from teaching I doubled up as a Technician, maintaining the computer systems, troubleshooting and repairing. I installed LAN, WAN, printers and firewalls ensuring the system was secured.
