Experience

  • In Coordination with other staff, drafting and executing a schedule Plan on Home and School visits, Compile and Submit analyzed reports for all registered beneficiaries.
  • Analyzing needs and Issues affecting beneficiaries, initiate awareness and establish proper plans that respond and address such needs and Issues.
  • In Coordination with other staff, ensure continuous update of the beneficiaries’ information and needs on the official system used to capture such information.
  • Ensuring that children communicate to their sponsors through letters as per the schedule released by CIK from time to time.
  • Ensuring Beneficiaries’ Photo Updates are taken and submitted within the set deadlines as requested.
  • Coordinate proper maintenance of children’s folders and ensure are updated regularly
  • Responsible for Beneficiaries’ Gift issuances and ascertain delivery to the beneficiaries.
  • In Charge of Beneficiaries’ Health Training Needs and Coordination of Medical referrals, Health screening, Submission of Monthly Health reports and Beneficiaries follow up on Health Issues.
  • In Charge of HIV/AIDS Program activities at the Project.
  • Keeping an open communication with ASM and the Program Facilitator frequently on Project Matters
  • In-charge of Saturday Program.
  • Compiling and submit various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be needed.
  • In charge of the overall spiritual, cognitive, social, and physical development outcomes of the children.
  • Attending all ASM meetings.
  • Ensuring that holistic child development takes effect in form of activities relating to the four development areas stipulated in the PFM.
  • Initiates Networks and collaboration for increased resource mobilization and beneficial partnerships.
  • Depending on the felt needs, I have been in charge of generating applicable proposals for funding specific activities initiated by the Child Development Centre.
  • Participate in spearheading multi-stakeholders committee formation, networking and advocacy activities in the cluster.
  • Coordinates forums for CPO peer learning in the cluster.
  • Capacity building/TOT – (Provide proper guidance and support on the procedures of abuse cases reporting, updating and management using the recommended referral system. (Ethics Point/Resolver)
  • Plays an advisory role in all Ad-hoc committees on CP issues in the cluster and facilitates needs identification, analysis, mapping of the CP issues in a cluster/community.
  • Represents the cluster in Children Court Users Committees, Area Advisory Councils and other networks within the sub-county and county.
