•Reviewed healthcare provider services, personnel, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure compliance with NHIF's accreditation standards in the hospital accreditation department.

 •Archived and organized NHIF records manually and digitized some of the manual records using NHIF's record management system in the records management department. 

•Verified members' contribution arrears and contribution status, and assisted members in using NHIF's E-payment system in the finance department.
