With exceptional experience, most of which has been middle level management, I excel in leading credit and accounting activities, developing and recommending business policies and strategies. I possess a proven ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems. Throughout my working experience, I have successfully executed the following roles; taking the lead in ensuring timely filing/payment of statutory obligations to ensure compliance, preparation of accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual management reports, forecasting, planning future spending, reviewing the Finance manuals and policy documents to ensure compliance with the strategy and the present challenges and developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, appraisal of customers for credit consideration, marketing of the company loan products and recruiting new members.
