Wealth of  experience in customer service management,stakeholder management,capacity building,staff performance management and product sales.As  insurance Operations  Project Manager in Pula Advisors recent engagement , Daniel  has contributed in research developing insurance products  targeting small holder farmers globally to improve their climatic resilience .The role required participating in creating  and distributing insurance products,lead product innovation teams,create yield assessments protocol and procedures, oversee assessments,create and automate systems that enable startup growth,execution of projects,monitoring and Evaluation of all global project.Moreover the experience has grown his capacity to make data driven decisions for effective management combined with exemplary service skills and thorough knowledge of the finance,research and agricultural sectors.
