Daniel is an esteemed ICT (Information and Communication Technology) officer with a remarkable track record spanning over 15 years. With a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, Daniel has played a pivotal role in leveraging ICT solutions to drive organizational success and innovation.

Daniel began his journey in the field of ICT over a decade and a half ago, armed with a solid educational foundation and a thirst for knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of technology. Daniel embarked on his career with a determination to make a difference through his expertise and dedication. Daniel has worked in Kenya water regulator for over 15 years where he has overseen implementation and end user training of various ICT systems which include water sector data collection system from version one to current version 4, implementation of EDMS, Implementation of national water sector spatial geo system and involved in the development and implementation of information management system among others.
