I supported the Head of Supply Chain in delivery of agreed objectives in line with the Sourcing strategy.

 Evaluate existing supply chain processes to identify areas that need optimization, recommend and implement supply chain improvements.
 Demand planning by working with departmental heads for forecast demand and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet demand and set targets.
