My name is Dadys Bokota Wafini, I am a 26-year-old I was born in Congo and raised in Kenya Graduated from the University of Portsmouth in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. I was recently employed by HSBC Bank in the United Kingdom as a Universal Banker. My hobbies are reading books, going to the gym, and playing football. I speak French, English, Swahili, and Lingala

As a line chef, I worked in a restaurant and was assigned a particular area of production in the kitchen, such as fish, pastry, vegetables, or grilled foods. I helped to prepare, cook, and assemble dishes within their assigned area and my main priority was to ensure the food is cooked to a great standard for customers to be satisfied.

• Working as a line chef, provide me with the necessary skill to communicate with confidence. As I learned to be a confident communicator. I was able to engage the conversation with customers and make them feel comfortable. Being a line chef taught me that confidence is highly important for communicating with a wide range of customers.
• As a line chef, I learned to work under pressure by meeting customers’ demands and as well-being organise by concentrating on what I need to accomplish and prioritising my tasks.

As a Customer Care Advisor, I am the face and voice of Soda Stream. I am responsible for incoming emails, phone calls and chat for a wide range of queries from their French customers. This helps me develop an effective team player attitude, as well as manage my own workload and time whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with my colleagues and customers.

UNIVERSAL BANKER / Customer services Representative 

My role as a Universal Banker was to provide customers with an outstanding service to be proud of, by taking ownership of customers transactional or service requests and answering specific product queries. Also, I educate customers around HSBC self-service devices and actively speak to them around HSBC’s digital platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, giving the customers the choice of how they wish to bank with us. This helped me develop an exceptional face to face customer service in a timely manner by following policies and procedures while working in a busy environment. 

Finally, as a Universal Banker my role is to promote and advertise different products the bank is offering.
