My name is Cyprian Cherono, and I'm a geologist who is now looking to apply my problem-solving and analytical skills to customer service. I have a strong background in analyzing natural processes and materials, which has taught me how to pay close attention to detail and develop a strong analytical mindset.Additionally, I have excellent communication skills, which I believe are one of my strongest attributes. I am skilled in explaining complex information to others in a way that is easy to understand, and I am comfortable working with customers to help them resolve any issues they may have.

I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills to a customer service role, where I can use my experience as a geologist to provide technical support to customers and help them achieve their goals. I am confident that I can exceed expectations in a customer service role and look forward to the opportunity to do so.

I'm a geologist who has interned at both the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining and Baker Hughes, and am now applying for a customer service job. During my internships, I gained valuable experience in geological data analysis, report writing, and project management.

At the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining, I was responsible for conducting geological surveys and analyzing data to identify potential mining sites. I also assisted with the preparation of technical reports and provided technical support to project managers and stakeholders.

At Baker Hughes, I worked as a geoscience intern and was responsible for analyzing and interpreting geological data to support drilling operations. I also assisted with the development of geosteering plans and provided technical support to drilling engineers.

These internships have taught me valuable skills that I believe will be useful in any professional setting. For example, my experience in project management has taught me how to work collaboratively with others and meet tight deadlines. Additionally, my experience in technical report writing has taught me how to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

I'm excited to bring these skills to a customer service role, where I believe I can provide valuable technical support to customers and exceed their expectations. I'm confident that my experience in the mining and oil and gas industries, combined with my strong analytical and communication skills, make me a strong candidate for any customer service position
