About CYNTHIA KERUBO:

I am Makori Kerubo Cynthia, i hold a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from MMUST University, Broadcast option. In addition, I am proficient in computer skills, a core component in our day to day operations.


I have worked as a customer experience executive and telesales agent at Marketforce technologies INC to date. My duties included attending promptly to customers’ inquiries, solving problems, conducting sales via calls, sending daily reports and sharing feedback to relevant team.


I also worked as a Customer Service Executive at Calltronix Contact Centre-Crown Paints account. Brand awareness and business development was at the forefront to ensure we drive sales and revenues to achieve the set target. This involves selling and building relationships with clients and converting the same to sales and return business.


I worked too as a Sales Executive and later as a Customer Service Executive at Baus Optical Kenya in Nairobi. My duties here included developing new eyewear customers, maintaining clients’ relationships, measuring clients’ satisfaction through their feedback and developing customer service procedures.


During my time at Kenya News Agency Kakamega where I worked as a communication intern, I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies and creating informational materials thereby improving the entire communication flow and essential documentation. 
As a member of your team, I can offer outstanding communication skills, ability to work autonomously and strong implementation power. My background has prepared me for multiple, diverse challenges in communication and client handling. In addition, I have better follow up skills which are important in maintaining healthy relationships with the clients yet ensuring proper yield to the business.
