Cornel is an accomplished Merchant Operations Officer and Customer Success Associate with an extensive experience in e-commerce industry. Skilled at working in high pressure situations and delivering on all targets and objectives with great enthusiasm whilst building strong, long lasting professional relationships both internally and externally.

I have experience working in different work environments of varying teams, often in a fast paced environment. My excellent communication skills allow me to create working relationships based on trust and mutual respect. I possess relevant experience, a strong work ethic, and the hard and soft skills required to carry out the company mission. I have successfully completed these responsibilities at my previous job. For example, I successfully assisted in running and completion of a statement retrieval, Interoperability of payments and Data Minimization projects under M-Pesa. I know that I'll use this past experience to be successful in my new role.
