A keen and responsible accounting professional with broad experience in compiling and analyzing financial information including monthly and annual management reports, Ensuring compliance to KRA filing and payments, ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted accounting standards, policies and procedures using ERPs, Budgeting and management of the budget, preparation and management of the cashflows among other responsibilities. Position:     Finance Manager  -  Reporting CFO

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the Monthly & annual Management reports. 
• Managing and supervising of the accounts team.
• Overseeing day to day financial operation within the Company.
• Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget against actuals for variances.
• Preparation of the cash flow and management.
• Costing of new products and monitoring of the production costs.
• Contacting of the annual audits and responding to the management letter from the auditors.
• Monitor debtors creditors and negotiating for better terms of payments to mitigate risks 
• Petty cash monitoring and approvals 
• Contact person to external agencies including banks, KRA, Local authorities, insurance.
• Negotiation for better terms with service providers and creditors.
• Monitoring of ITAX system and filing and paying of Tax returns.
• Monitoring of the stock movement and variance and investigating the reasons for the variances.
• Finalization of the accounts.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts for reporting purposes.
