I am writing to express my interest in the above open post which will take advantage of my experience in transport and supplies logistics.
A review of my CV will confirm that i have worked in several organizations in logistics departments as supplies driver. Currently i work as logistics driver with Medicines Sans Frontiers MSF. In my daily duties i have assisted logistics staff in materials and supplies movement from msf warehouses to respective user locations by using both heavy and light vehicles successfully at my disposal. 
I have also worked for various organizations in the same capacity for over 10years and this has given me enough experience in transport logistics all around the country driving on  and offroad vehicles. In addition, I am very familiar with Nairobi area and it's traffic patterns.
My strengths also includes vehicles management where I have training in mechanics and can diagnose any fault that needs attention thus preventing downtime due to breakdowns. I can use VHF and HF radios , GPS and maps to navigate on-roads and off- roads successfully 
As a skilled driver,I have experiences in , planning shortest safest routes and working long hours. On top of this I am safety conscious professional who will always check and inspect all aspects of the vehicle before departure including oil,water, fuel, spare tools and tyres and overall conditions.

 I am an experienced driver with over 10 year's of experience. I can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. I have worked with international organizations and local companies. I am trained in purchasing and supplies management and can work as a purchasing officer or as a logistician. I am a quick learner and can adapt to any situation quickly.
