Colette Byakombe

A girl from DRC who got to learn that there are some aviation heroes who work behind the scenes, most passengers only get to see pilots and flight attendants. I’m fascinated by the work done behind the scenes and would like to be part of the amazing team. I’m a graduate in Aerospace engineering.

May-August 2022: attachee at the AAID at the ministry of Transport Kenya where I got to learn about the steps follo for the final completion of an aircraft accident or incident report.

August-November 2019: attachee at Fly540 maintenance department 

• Maintenance schedule and logs for the aircraft fleet
• Familiarity with procedures carried out with every flight for various class of aircraft available at Fly 540.

2016-2022 : Bachelor of Science in Aerospace engineering at  Kenyatta University 

2010-2016 : Biochemistry at Lycée Cirezi Highschool Bukavu (DRC)
