I later gained hands-on experience as a Customer Service Representative at Call Center International, handling client inquiries with professionalism and empathy across phone, chat, and email platforms. In my role as a Social Media Manager at Glig Creatives, I further developed my communication, coordination, and client relationship skills. I also worked in network marketing at BF Suma Pharmaceuticals, building customer engagement strategies focused on wellness.
