Duties and Responsibilities 

 Book Keeping which also entails Bank reconciliations and preparing cashbooks both KES, EUR, GBP & USD Accounts  Data collection and posting using accounting softwares such as Quickbook, Navision, Sage, Pastel and ERP systems 

 Administration function and full payroll management of 4 companies, 2 local and 2 international of which one is an NGO . Payroll software ERP next and excel worksheet. 

 Preparation of monthly management accounts by use of Caseware system and ensure smooth close of the Month with close adherence to IFRS Standards. 

 Prepared statutory payment i.e. NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, VAT, WHT, NITA, Pension and SACCO and submit them on time. Annual P9 preparation and sharing with all the clients employees. 

Key Achievements:

  Successfully learned the new applications that is Sage, Caseware and ERP within a month and was able to present my first comprehensive Management Accounts report within a month after reporting to partners. And was therefore put in charge of 3 clients, of which 2 are foreign companies, as their accountant fully
