I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I have had 6years experience working as a call center executive and gained vast knowledge in this field. My knowledge  in customer retention and acquiring new sales skills has grown over the years. I find satisfaction in fixing other peoples problems.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient with computers and different office tools for recording interactions with clients like the SAP and CRM.

Education

I gained a Diploma in Library and archives at Kenya Teachers Technical university where I gained vast knowledge in Information studies and communication which has really helped  me build in my career.

I have a Certificate in Microsoft Office Suite which I passed with a Distinction.
