I have a solid background in IT Support from past work experience and an education that will allow me to greatly contribute to the company in this role.

My degree in Business information technology provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work as  ICT Support. I served as Helpdesk Technician at AEA Limited, where I provided desktop software and hardware support to a wide range of clients and products, including support for Windows Server 2008/2012 and Active Directory, Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.

I studied Bachelors of Business Information Technology at Multimedia University for 4 years . I graduated on 23rd November 2018 .
