Christine Adede

I am a food scientist with skills in sanitation and hygiene in food processing, assisting in milling technology and baking technology, Sugarcane juice processing, waste management and Microbiological and chemical analysis of food. I also have experience in customer service agent where I consistently exceeded monthly sales goals resulting in annual increases in profits. 

I worked as a customer service agent for one year one month at Jumia company the key roles were; processing orders and transactions, handling customers complaints, collecting and analysing customer’s feedback, providing proactive customer outreach, delivering information about company’s offerings.
