About Cheptoo Ruth :

Knowledgeable, skilled, passionate primary school teacher. I believe teaching is a tool to convey and motivate learners to love knowledge, apply knowledge and nurture useful skills that enable learners solve problem, think critically, imagine and be creative. I use need, interest driven pedagogical practices. I ensure classrooms are conducive and child-friendly. My philosophy is to maximize every individual child potential.

Taught for over ten years in primary schools in Kenya. Teaching English, mathematics and social sciences to grade 4-9 students. Have lead as head of department social studies and English. Worked as deputy head teachers and head teacher. Highly experience in development of curriculum, implementation and supervision.
