Collection and recovery officer performing the following roles:

-Identify and assess customers’ complaints and provide proper solutions.
-Collaborating debt collection efforts.
-Keeping records of all communications, payment plans agreed upon and the amount paid. 
-Contacting debtors on phone to negotiate and agree on debt payment. 
-Loan portfolio monitoring and collection.
-Contacting debtors to inquire of their payment status via calls, conducting visits. 
-Ensuring timely preparation and release of demand notices to members whose loans are overdue. ---Negotiating payoff deadlines and repayment plans. 
-Working closely with the external debt collectors.
-Providing regular performance reports.
-Ensure a record is maintained with track of all recovery progress for loans.
