12 Years’ Experience in FMCG Export and Local Distribution Management ranging from zonal;
to national and regional management with a vast knowledge of all the primary East Africa and
the wider COMESA markets.
My career experience has taken ALL spheres of Sales Execution into account:
a) Export Management – I have Developed and scaled growth in the East Africa and
COMESA regions. Driving resource optimization of key investments with rigor partnership
per country to deliver right resources at the right time with right ROI (Returns on Investments).
b) General Trade handling – I have a proper understanding of retail stores Operations.
Distributors/ partners’ recruitment and development. Retail outlets acquisition and
retention; direct and indirect sales execution with accurate revenue / receivables
collection.
c) Modern Trade / Key Accounts Handling – I have experience in Prospecting, Listing,
PICOS Execution, Trade Marketing and Sales in national key chain hypermarkets,
supermarkets, mini-marts, Convenience stores (PFMs), airports, hotels and
hospitality, corporate accounts and emerging online e-commerce markets.
My main skills being proper analytics and on ground understanding of all the regional market
trends that I use to implement and review customer strategy plans to achieve growth in Trade monitored through annual joint business plans.
