Am an adaptable and responsible graduate, with five-years’ experience in the position of Network engineer. With knowledge and skills in telecommunication field; networks planning, commissioning, security, monitoring and troubleshooting has been my major concern. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion.

                                    Position: Telecommunication engineer.

                                    Performed survey, installation and configuration of; fibre, microwave and WiMAX network. (Safaricom’s contract).

Jun 2015-Jan 2016      Doing a project on software defined radio using cheap USB dongle ($25 compared to about $185 amount for USRB) to perform spectrum sensing in digital TV band in Kenya. The key concern was to identify spectrum holes for allocation of secondary users.

Position: Assistant telecom engineer (In industrial attachment). 

Performed WiMAX installation, router configuration, LAN, network support and access point installation.

Performed electrical installation, PCB design, Lathe work machining, wye and delta connections, coding/ visualization and simulation using Matlab, and AutoCAD.
