I am a strategic leader with extensive experience in spearheading management, board membership, strategy development, stakeholder management including diverse partnerships and resource mobilization. I have successfully managed complex Board operations and spearheaded organizational development. Having worked as a Board Member in different capacities, I bring a blend of strategic development to the board if selected. Some of my career highlights include; chairing the Finance and Investment Committee whose roles included but not limited to advising the Board on where to invest surplus funds and or obtaining credit in cases of cash deficits and making recommendations to the Board on finance-related policies including investments, capital adequacy, and financial performance monitoring. Most importantly, I am involved in contributing to the development of policies, monitoring organizational compliance, defining and building key stakeholder relationships. I am also a strategic problem-solver who drives operational initiatives to realize bottom-line results. With board experience and wide exposure in general management, I seek to offer my expertise that shall contribute to shaping the growth of your institution.
