Charles Mwangangi

I am a holder of Bachelors degree in Economics and statistics with 2 years of experience working as a quality control specialist in a logistics company. I have good command of quality control processes (currently responsible for quality audit), with excellent data handling and analytical and presentation skills.

I have 2 years experience working as a quality control specialist at Speedaf Logistics Kenya Ltd. Some of the roles i have executed in my role include;

 Visiting branches to conduct audit
 Preparing audit report after branch visit and presenting to the management
 Preparing Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) to be used for operations
 Following up on parcel deliveries for specific clients
 Following up on daily pending COD deliveries and preparing a daily report
 Preparing a weekly and monthly report on pending CODs and presentation of the reports
 Preparing a weekly analysis report on parcel deliveries for VIP clients
 

I am a holder of a second class honors degree(Upper Division) in Economics and Statistics From Machakos University, I graduated in the year 2019.
