 Responsibilities 

 Overseeing Day to day administrative functions of the Main Hospital and its two Satellite Clinics. 

 Coordination of hospital operations to ensure delivery of patient centered care 

 Establishment and maintenance of effective public relations with all clients, both internal and external.

  Formulation and implementation of hospital policies and programs within the hospital

  Chief advisor to the Executive Director and the Hospital Board of Governors on the implementation of the hospital strategic plan, programs and policies. 

 Management of the hospital plant, infrastructure and equipment including scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance. 

 Responsible for the hospitals full compliance with the all legal and regulatory guidelines within county and national level.

  Overall supervision and management of human resources in the hospital and Satellite Clinics.  Overseeing the management of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable in the hospital.

  Main liaison with the insurance companies for service agreements, submission of claims and statements and other relations beneficial for client service. 

 Hospital marketing and responsible for growth in clientele base as well as reputation Management of the hospitals online platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram including using them as channels for communication between hospital and its clients.
