About Charity Mumo:

Am a travel consultant who is passionate about travel. Am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, have experience in working as a part of a team and individually, creative to problem solving and able to negotiate effectively.

Experience

Have been working with Travelscape Tours and Travel Ltd  for three and half years now, where my role is air ticketing. Have gained so much experience which entails: making and confirming reservations for clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, advising clients on best travel dates/destinations and dealing with occurring travel problems,complaints and refunds.

Education

I studied my tertiary education at Kenya Utalii College, where I undertook Travel Agency Techniques course and graduated with an IATA Diploma in Travel and Tourism Consultant, Certificate in Travel Agency Techniques(Foundation) and Certificate in Travel Agency Techniques(Consultant).
