Duties and Responsibilities:

College Secretary.

  • Manage the college office and general workflow from supporting staff members.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Performing administrative duties including photocopying, printing, and filling  documents while greeting visitors, receiving them and responding to queries.
  • Organize and manage the day -to-day activities of the office to ensure efficient and effective office operations; coordinate communications; assist Principal and deans with administrative matters
