Energetic and well organized HR person. Efficient in HR operations by balancing performance with
forward thinking approaches. Well versed with HR processes including but not limited to off
boarding, recruitment, expatriate management etc. My goal is to become a valuable mutual asset by
providing efficient Human Resource Management expertise contributing effectively to organization’s
success.

 I have helped many departments find suitable and qualified candidates for their needs through recruitment for various jobs. Managed and spearheaded the onboarding process for new hires,  organized files and ensured they are up to date, managed the performance management cycle by assisting managers with uploading KPIs, organized company events, carried out clerical duties for the HR department, acting as a HRIS system administrator among many other HR functions.

Currently enrolled in a Masters program,graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management
