A highly efficient and detail oriented multi- skilled professional with vast experience in customer service. Over the years, I have been able to acquire expertise in several skills which include Data entry, Customer Service cultivation, office admnistration, Phone etiquette, proper filling , using of office documents, tele sales and client relationship management. I have a vast experience in different companies where I have worked in different capacities with more than five years’ experience.
I have a clear mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I have a great eye for detail.
