am a trade unionist ,  working in industrial relation department and in project sector.  we educate workers on safe migration, child labour and trafficking. we solve various disputes arising in indusries. 

i have also experience in probation area whereby we assist criminals and drug abusers to change their way of life

i have worked with various donor like IUF AND FIC in my union
