I worked as a Customer Service Representative at CCI Kenya for Altice  USA and Metro PCS for over a year and recently at Majorel Kenya for Zalando. I have developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.

My experience at CCI Kenya and Majorel Kenya has helped me improve my skills in leadership, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and provided me with extensive knowledge of how to communicate customer needs to stakeholders. 

I am a freelance virtual assistant. I have been working as a VA for over five years and have helped many businesses complete their day-to-day tasks through my work. I have worked with clients ranging from small-scale entrepreneurs to large companies. I was recently a Customer service representative for a UK-based company, handling calls, chats, and emails.

I have a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.
