I am thrilled to have completed my training at Mestil Hotel and Residence in Kampala, Uganda, as well as Slate Kitchen and Bar in Nairobi, Westlands. During my six-month training at each establishment, I have gained invaluable knowledge and skills. I am proud to say that I am versatile enough to excel in both the kitchen as a chef and in providing exceptional service to guests at a fine dining table.
