I am an honest and reliable professional who can be an immediate asset to any business that I join. This is because I take great pride in preparing fresh meat and making sure people get exactly what they want.
I can provide the highest standards in customer service and at the same time comply to the relevant health, safety and legal standards. Being proficient in meat preparation means that I have a long track record of using my superb knife skills to break down carcasses and cut and pack meat to precise portions. Aside from my technical competencies I would also like to point out that I am physically fit, can work in cold temperatures and able to lift heavy loads.
With my present employer I am occasionally charged with running the store in the Butchery Manager’s absence, and have been commended for playing an essential part in the businesses ongoing success and continuous expansion.
