I am a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who provides essential support to top-level executives in their day-to-day operations. My role is to ensure that the executive's schedule runs smoothly, all communications are handled professionally, and that the office is operating efficiently. I am a master of multitasking, able to juggle a variety of responsibilities and prioritize them effectively.

In my role, I am responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that all relevant materials and documents are prepared and ready for each meeting. I  handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding as necessary or forwarding to the appropriate person. I  maintain the executive's contact list and database, keeping it up-to-date with current information.

My attention to detail is unparalleled, and I take pride in producing high-quality work. I have excellent writing and communication skills, and I am able to draft and proofread various types of documents, including emails, memos, and reports. I am proficient in various office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, and I can easily create professional-looking documents and presentations.

As an Executive Assistant, I am a key member of the executive team, and I am able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. I am a problem solver, able to think creatively and find solutions to challenges as they arise. You maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters, handling sensitive information with care and professionalism.

Overall, my role as an Executive Assistant is critical to the success of the executive and the organization as a whole. I am a dependable, hardworking, and dedicated professional who takes pride in supporting the executive in achieving their goals and objectives

Experience

I have worked in various roles in the retail industry, starting as a part-time cashier at Spiced Rocks Lounge and Bar in April 2023. I worked as a Retail Sales Manager at Chicory Grocers from September 2017 to January 2018 before being promoted to Grocery Manager, a position I held until February 2020.

I also worked as a Personal Assistant at Amatta Chemist in Nairobi, Kenya, and at Icecap Tours in Ilulissat, Greenland. At both companies, I provided administrative support to senior executives and helped to manage their daily schedules and operations. I have gained extensive experience in managing personnel, inventory, and budgets, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Education

I am on my last semester of university pursuing social work and community development and I have completed various certifications and courses in healthcare, virtual assistance, and nutrition. In October 2022, I completed a series of certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, Diabetes Awareness and Management, Infection Prevention and Control, and more at Florence Academy. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Community Health at Amref International University since September 2022.

I also completed a Virtual Assistant Course at African Leadership X(ALX) from July to September 2022. In addition, I have a Certificate in Human Microbiome from Wageningen University and Research, which I completed from August 2020 to March 2021, as well as a CME in Human Health and Nutrition from Stanford University, which I completed from August 2020 to April 2022. My educational background reflects my interests in health, nutrition, and professional development.
