• Installation and upgrading of operating systems.
• Troubleshooting network, computers,  laptops, and printers related problems reported by users.
• Ups repair and troubleshooting.
• Upgrading, slaving, and formatting of  computers /laptops'  hard drives
• Installation of application software and drivers.
• Installation of printers and their drivers, assigning them static IP addresses and setting each printer as the default printer at each workstation
• Installation, updating and renewal of Kaspersky endpoint security to each computer in the organization.
• Adding computers to the domain and troubleshooting problems of communication between the computers and other devices and services in the domain.
• Adding new users to the domain, resetting their passwords and managing the active directory users and computers using windows server 2012 R2.
• Backing up user data to hard disks when changing operating systems for later recovery.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook user issues.
