I am a progressive corporate trainer, trained and certified in creating engaging, informative, educative, impactful, transformative, and memorable learning experiences for adult learners. I specialize in leadership development training and coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations.

In the past two years, I have run a leadership development program targeting women in leadership, especially those in leadership positions for the first time. In this program, I work with these emerging leaders helping them to:

• Become leaders worth following
• Build leaders worth following 
• Lead organizations worth following

So far, I have worked with over 20 women through this program.

I have also engaged teams in the past two years, employing practical tools, platforms and a proven process (The CRAEC Process-Communication, Relationships, Alignment, Execution, and Capacity) gathered from my certification training and hands-on experience to help these teams become invincible teams.

To achieve this vision, I am on a two-pronged mission: to help every client I interact with realize and actualize their potential through the provision of relevant, simple, sustainable, scalable, and technology-backed people coaching, training, and development programs.

To help me achieve this mission, the values of trust and transformation are at the core of every engagement.

Besides training and coaching, I am also a member of Toastmasters International, I enjoy telling inspiring stories.
