Brian Wahome

I am a passionate community change agent dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering sustainable development at the grassroots level. With a strong commitment to social justice, I work to identify local challenges and mobilize resources, partnerships, and innovative solutions that uplift underserved communities. My goal is to inspire collective action, promote equity, and create lasting impact through advocacy, education, and community engagement.

A recent university graduate with practical experience in community development, gained through impactful work with Realz Hands of Love Organization. I have been actively involved in child rescue initiatives, contributed to a street census aimed at strengthening child protection systems, and conducted financial literacy training for three self-help groups. Skilled in data analysis using SPSS, I use evidence-based insights to guide interventions. I have also undergone training in Mental Health First Aid and Basic Systemic Contextual Counseling, enhancing my ability to support vulnerable populations. I am committed to creating sustainable, people-centered change through grassroots engagement and capacity building.
