Advising and moderating on credit limit for  a specific client depending on the responce to clear overdue bills.

Creating a good relationship with clients for the future mutual business support.

Managing the portfolio and growing it for sustainability of the business.

Engaging one on one with the clients in solving issues raised concerning payment and complains.

Following up for payment both long and withing the due payment periods.

TITLE-CREDIT RELATIONSHIPS OFFICER

Some of key duties 

  • Verification of the loan and the customer at the employer’s level
  • Booking of the loan depending on the portfolio assign (TSC)
  • Making follow up calls to the relevant customer with arrears
  • Responding to the branch emails

  • Scanning the physical customers opening account forms 
  • Uploading the document using the T24 SOFTWARE 
  • Editing the individual customer identity code and updating it into the system

  • Monitoring and payment control of assigned portfolio of clients using Company software. 
  • Ensuring clients5 adherence to payment schedules through proactive follow up calls and reminders. 
  • In case of clients overdue, identifying and implementing the most efficient debt recovery methods and techniques. 
  • Following up on phone calls with overdue clients to ensure debtor’s accounts are up to date. 
  • Maintaining records about clients5 financial status, reporting daily to the management. 
  • Developing and strengthening clients relationships, regularly updating clients on Company policies and new products, providing tailor-made financial solutions through the range of products offered by the Company. 
  • Providing training and sharing knowledge with Intems/Trainees employed by the Company. 
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by the management.

Some of the Key Specific Duties include: 

  • Authenticating all relevant data regarding client5 s personal details and loan specification and asset details on the Onboarding system. 
  • Performing Clients5 credit risk assessment by checking client CRB statement, as well as verifying client5s financial data by other available tools. 
  • Confirming receipt of client Mpesa statement and ensuring telephone number is 1821224Confirming the Mpesa deposits against ID no and amount on the deposit list 
  • Filing and reviewing of loan documents. Updating file numbers on Mifos. Ensuring all document received from branches are complete. 
  • Handling information requests from other departments, e.g. recovery team, front office, portfolio quality. 
  • Assisting in handling client inquiries in respects to company products and services available. 
    • Balancing accounts and taking payments for services rendered,
